WAYCAN

"Waikán" is a word from a Mayan dialect in the Huehuetenango region, meaning "a star shining in the night sky." It is a coffee created by harmoniously blending Typica, Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, and Pache varieties grown by 55 community groups across Huehuetenango, Chajul, Cotzal, and Nebaj made up of the Ixil, K'iche', Q'anjob'al, and Guatemalan Mestizo peoples.

Over 400 farming families, processing stations, the operations team, roasters and baristas nationwide, and all those who enjoy Waikán countless names shine in their own place like stars.
