Don Mayo is a coffee farm operated by the Bonilla family they use eco-friendly Penagos pulping equipment to minimize water usage during processing and prevent environmental damage. Starting with 3rd place in the 2008 Costa Rica COE, they went on to achieve 1st in 2009, 11th in 2011, 13th in 2012, 4th in 2013, 1st in 2020, 14th in 2021, 22nd in 2022, 18th in 2023, and 1st place again in the 2024 Traditional Honey & Natural Process category.
